even with the newer windows cut.. if it were my house, I would've put in a bay window or a picture window on the side towards muddy cove.
MB I would've wanted that corner as open as possible. too. Wouldn't have been as safe in a NorEaster tho-
building is always difficult as is letting go of the old.
